The Indio Police Department has the ability to dispatch service crews if deemed necessary; however, they do not have access to any customer account information. After hour service re-connections are available after-hours during the week and Friday through Sunday at a rate of $136.00 per call out.

We collect information from you when you subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form or enter information on our site.
1. Is it safe to access my utility services via the Indio Water Authority Customer Application?
Yes, we ensure all personal data will be kept confidential with the maximum level of security through the application.
2. How do I register and activate my account?
Visit the Indio Water Authority web portal. Click on the ‘Register’ button under the My Account module, and enter all required information.
3. My Account got blocked. Why?
Your Account will be blocked after more than the authenticated limit of Login/registrations attempts within 24 hours. Please ensure you have required information from Indio Water Authority (like Account Number, Zip Code, Email ID etc.)
4. How do I update my account information?
In the My Account module, the ‘Profile’ section will allow you to update your Mobile Number, Alternate Number, Email ID, Alternate Email ID, Mailing Address and Security Questions
5. How do I set my Notification Preferences?
In the My Account module, under ‘Settings’, you may choose Email/Push notification for ‘Outage’, ‘Billing’, ‘Connect Me’, ‘Service’ and ‘Leak Alert’.
6. Who else can access my usage data, meter, and property information?
Your account information is confidential. Usage data, meter, and property information is accessible only by the Account holder.
7. Where can I find my usage-related details?
On the Dashboard, in the Usage module, you can view graphs and charts illustrating consumption and current/historical usage comparisons.
8. Will I be notified when the bill is due?
Yes, you will be alerted when your bill is due through the selected choice of notifications (i.e. email).
9. When can I begin viewing my bills online?
Billing statements are available for viewing once they have been generated by Indio Water Authority.
10. What are my payment options when paying online?
Payments can be made using your Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account. From your customer account/Dashboard click on the "Pay now" or "Manage Auto-Pay".
11. Can I make payments in person?
Yes, you may go to the Indio Water Authority office to make payments.
12. What happens if I have questions about my bill?
Questions regarding your usage can be viewed through your registered account on the web-portal. The usage tab will display all usage on a hourly, daily, and monthly basis.

13. Am I eligible for any rebates and programs?
Yes, you are eligible to apply for rebates and programs if you are a customer of Indio Water Authority.

17. Will I be notified prior to an Outage?
Yes, you will be notified prior to an outage if you have opted-in for notifications under your customer account on our web-portal.
18. Can I track the status of an outage?
In the Outage tab a map will display current and planned outages that may affect your area. A list view on the right hand side will display the estimated duration time of the outage.
19. How can I track email notifications from Indio Water Authority?
On the Dashboard, in the Notification tab, you will find all emails from the Indio Water Authority with regards to updates and Utility information.
